Librarian liaisons can connect you to library resources and services that support teaching online. Your liaison can provide specialized research and technology assistance for your subject area, including online research guides and tutorials customized for your courses.

Services to students and faculty away from campus.

Use the drop down: I'd like to place the following type of item in my Canvas Course: to add scanned book chapters, scanned articles, linked articles or ebooks, and streaming audio or video to your course. If you need help with purchasing or borrowing items for use in your course, or for help in setting up readings, listening, or viewing, please contact Laurie Phillips at phillips@loyno.edu or your librarian liaison.

Media Services provides help with web conferencing and videoconferencing, and also equipment that can support teaching and learning online.

Adobe Connect is the university's web conferencing system. Using Connect, you can meet with distant students "live". You can communicate via voice, video, and chat, do polling, and share documents or anything that's on your computer screen. You can also record a lecture for later viewing by students.
