Creating a New PowerNotes Project
You can create a new PowerNotes project through the browser extension by clicking on the current project’s name at the top of the extension and selecting “Create New Project”. You can also go to https://app.powernotes.com/project to view all of your projects and create a new one. There are no limits to the number of projects you can create, so you can make a new one for each research assignment.
When you create a new project, you will give it a name, a description, and select which citation style the project will use. Your assignment might require you to use a specific citation style; check with your professor.
The first time you create a new project, PowerNotes will give a brief explanation of its features and components. New projects automatically have a Background section (for background or general research related to the project) and one Topic section (for research related to a specific topic or element of the project).
