CLHU O294: Women in Antiquity

This course guide suggests appropriate information resources for each stage of Women in Antiquity's research project, "Who Was She?"

Do Your Background Research With Reference Materials

As you work to select the woman you'll focus on for your project, Googling isn't a bad idea. But once you've got some names you're interested in, we recommend switching to library resources. By looking each person up in a dictionary or encyclopedia, you'll learn more about who she was and why she's remarkable.

And if you find another woman while browsing reference materials, that's great too.
